Q. Where can I purchase Cheetah™, Zini™ and/or Starlet™ branded product?
The Group’s branded product will be available progressively, in select swimwear, beach and street boutique and chain stores throughout Australia and New Zealand.
The Salt Apparel Group Outlet store stocks a range of our branded surf and lifestyle fashion apparel, swimwear, overseas samples, sales stock from our other retail interests, exclusive trials of new styles and accessories.
Q. Is Cheetah™, Zini™ and/or Starlet™ branded product available Internationally?
The Salt Apparel Group’s immediate retail strategy is to focus on building wholesale relationships with swimwear, beach and street boutique and chain stores throughout Australia with a staged approach. Through our Cheetah™ brand, Cheetah™ Australia product will also be available in New Zealand and the Group has medium-term plans to enter other markets around the globe with both the Cheetah™ and Zini™ brands.
Q. Which Salt Apparel Group brands have a catalogue?
Cheetah™, Zini™ and Starlet™ will have catalogues available seasonally, through their surf, swim and street Stockists. Catalogues will also be made available online.
Q. Which Salt Apparel Group brands have their own website and what are the website addresses?
Fresh new site concepts will be live soon for our Cheetah™, Zini™ and Starlet™ brands. Keep an eye out for these at www.cheetahaustralia.com , www.ziniaustralia.com , www.starletaustralia.com.
Code Orange and the Salt Apparel Group Outlet stores operate Facebook fan pages.
Q. Can I purchase Cheetah™, Zini™ and/or Starlet™ branded product online?
Cheetah™, Zini™ and Starlet™ product will be available online at select online Stockists. Cheetah™ products will also be able to be purchased from www.cheetahaustralia.com from Summer 2012.
Q. I have recently purchased Cheetah™, Zini™ and/or Starlet™ branded product, what is your refund policy?
If you purchase an item from one of our brands from an outlet managed by the Salt Apparel Group and you find that any component has a genuine Manufacturers’ fault, The Salt Apparel Group will provide you a refund or where possible, an exchange. A copy of your original invoice is required to complete your return.
Returns and exchanges will be available for change of mind purchases or incorrect size selection provided that the product is returned within 21 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging with all labels intact. Conditions may apply to the refund of any related shipping charges.
Items purchased at any Cheetah™, Zini™ or Starlet™ Stockist/s external to the Salt Apparel Group will be subject to the returns policy unique to that Retailer. Please contact the Retailer where you purchased the product. In limited circumstances; such as where that Retailer is no longer available to assist you, the Salt Apparel Group may be able to help. Q. How can I have my personal contact information removed from the Customer database/s for the Salt Apparel Group brands if I no longer wish to receive special Member offers or future events information?
If you no longer wish to receive Cheetah™, Zini™ or Starlet™ branded Member offers or future event and other information from the Salt Apparel Group, you can unsubscribe in writing; via email or mail post using the contact details listed below. Please outline in your request the brand/s’ Customer database which you have subscribed to that you now wish to be removed from. Alternately you can use the Unsubscribe page off the Contact Us page of this website. You can also update your Subscription profile via this page, using our Preference Centre.
